.....Study financial performance like revenue, earnings,cash flow or you can read the charts and believe in them for investing, this is the question every investor faces while participating in Share Market .
Successful investing depends so much upon market conditions,sectors, liquidity just as to name few. More over what works for one investor may not work for another. Strategies are highly personal and involves a certain comfort level .
In a world where opportunities and challenges to an investor are great, it is sensible to review some of the strategies to see what works best for us 1.Fundamental Analysis or 2. Technical Analysis.
1.FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS.....It involves the study of financial performance like revenue , earnings,cash flow and also fundamental factors such as Brand Value , Competitive Advantage, Market Share, etc.these are the factors considered to arrive at the future value of the accumulated profit and then establish its intrinsic value.
2.TECHNICAL ANALYSIS.....This study involves the evaluation of security's strength or weakness relative to the broader market. It is the study of the supply and demand and focus on price and volume of the security. It is a trading discipline employed to evaluate investments and identify trading opportunities. It also involves study of price trends and patterns seen on charts and compare it with the historical price patterns and believe that the pattern would repeat it self. Help of some statistical tools/indicators such as Moving Averages, Stochastic, RSI (Relative Strength Index ) ,Moving Average Convergence and Divergence (MACD) is taken to arrive at certain decision.
